Moose: What's wrong with skateboarding?
Skatelair: All the fake motherfuckas, bitchass mall shops, dork boutiques,  spineless companies in it for the quick buck, and surfers in flip flops and frosted hair tips runnin the industry pushin the Sheckler program down clueless kids throats in malls across America. Not enough real scenes and kids that would rather talk shit on message boards and myspace than actually go skate. Fuckin herbs. Throw rocks and start fights with these retards. I'm declaring open season and another hobby other than skatin of mine is knockin kooks teeth out. Ask around, I ain't playin.

M: What's right with skateboarding?
SL: Kids and heads that skate solely for the love of skating. Independant skate shops shops that actually skate and real true blue skate companies like SHUT, Traffic, UXA, Natural Koncept, 5boro, Bodega, 4star and all the companies that don't whore out to the mall/nerdzones. Also Nike SB. Fuck all you Nike haters. Nike has looked out for our program hardcore from the get go and flown my ass all over the globe to fuckin skate and throw craze and encourage my behavior. (while other "core companies" charge thousands for demos and sells in huge discount to chain stores.) To all real skate heads rollin thru Ct. hit us up for a session. This crew skates....and has fun doing it. We're gonna yell, cheer skate and spit beer at ya, cause its like that..

M: What do you hate?
SL: Read the first question. I also hate on dudes in chick pants. Nobody wants to see your junk and you ain't no fuckin rock star. Grow up and move outta your parents basement and quit robbin your kid sisters waredrobe. I also hate Little Wayne bad yo, fuck that dude. I'd gladly stomp that predator lookin bitch ass down for fuckin up rap worse than 50 cent. I hate every mall across the nation. The masses are asses and thats their headquarters.

M: Who's down?
SL: Every fuckin kid and dude that walks thru my front door and shows us love and keeps this dirty slice of madness the busiest fuckin shop in the state. My squad represents....not just rides for.....we're a tight crew and family. Ya fuck with one bean, ya get the whole burrito. Lair Mob riders are (but not limited too) Tato Feliciano, Charlie Wilkins, Josh Zickert, Jefferson Pang, Mike Powley, Shyam Sukhai, Jim Grant, J.J. Colen, Oscar Wagenbuckler, Peter Deller, Cam Taylor,  Matt Marek, Tom Ruzbazan, Devin Mcdermott, Dirty, Josh Arnold, Mark Galaska, Justin Barnes, Tye Feaster, and  Brian Genevse. Plus more I'm forgetting. Our team is thick and our mobb is hundreds deep, no joke. Lair ain't nothing but an Elks Club/ living room for Ct's real skate heads. It ain't no secret. Ricky Oyola (Traffic) and Rodney SMith (SHUT) Darin O'Brien (Nike)and Jeff Pang have spoiled me fuckin rotten for years as well. Fuck yeah to all my Mitglieders!

M: Why are kids so damn sick on the east coast?
SL: Cause the real heads out here fuckin' live it......it ain't about tryin to "come up". Our spots are also rough as fuck and usually involve a fight with a crackhead, gangster bitchass, cops, chowderheads, and sometimes all at the same time. AAnd thats why I love it. We also got some good trees and hot bitches sweat the crew.....thats always good motivator to bust out.

M: Who and why was the last person kicked outta your shop?
SL: AH HA HA. Its like this.....Ya don't get kicked out, ya get locked in. The last fucktard got his head cracked open and ended up on a hood of a passing car.(the fellas loved that one) I'm known in the skate world for other than grindin handrails back in the days.  Every once in a while a crack head comes stumbling thru and gives me something to do for 5 minutes. Idiots around here that have half a brain know this ain't the place to fuck around. We whip ass on the regular in Hartford and its common knowledge, hate it or not. Test it. I knock out full grown men, dipshit bitch kids tryin to shop lift is almost comical. I'll get creative on that ass and whip it switch. I ain't the only one carryin biscuts neither. Don't even bother and we're always watchin.

M: Spew some hate.
SL: All you non skatin' wack ass mallcore programs and bullshit pretty boy boutiques. I look foward to catchin you alone with no witnesses. Fuck mail orders.......support real shops and scenes. They ain't in any mall. Turn off your computer you fuckin skate nerds and have an actual virtual life. Say what up to other skaters, drop your lame attitudes, skate for fun and punch one uppers in the teeth. Go skate without a camera and skate for life....wether or not you ever get free product or not.
